PATTY HEALTH AND CARE SUPPORT SERVICES have an emergency out-of-hours support service to cover immediate issues where possible. Our Office number is available for 24-hour contact
This does depend on which services you will be having and will be discussed with you prior to you starting your service. All the fees and charges will be according to the NDIS price guide March 2022.
You can raise a concern/make a complaint about any part of your service without fear of consequences. We value your opinion and will work with you to resolve any issues in a manner and via a communication method that best suits you. Refer to our Complaints and compliments tab for more information.
Yes, PATTY HEALTH AND CARE is a registered NDIS provider. We are able to provide services that are funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Yes, we offer supports for those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. We also provide support for people with sensory impairments, mental health issues, and chronic health needs. Our services are tailored to meet the individual's needs as assessed in their NDIS plan.
We understand that life changes unexpectedly and quite often last-minute cancellations are unavoidable. However, if possible, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice prior to cancelling an appointment so that we can be able to offer the service to someone else. To ensure continuity of your care, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.
All of our staff are qualified and experienced professionals in their respective fields with current Police Checks and Working With Children Check. Our staff also participate in ongoing training and professional development activities that keep them up-to-date with industry best practices.
